1. Food and non food stall entries will be accepted between December 14-28 strictly on first come first serve basis. However, DFWMM committee at its sole discretion reserves right to accept or reject any entry/entries to make sure that food and non food items do not repeat and also serve well the needs of all the program attendees of all age groups and taste.
2. Stall fees are due and will be accepted through Google checkout along with entry submission but payment will be processed only after all the entries are finalized by DFWMM by January 2, if your entry is accepted. If your entry is rejected you will not be charged.
3. Stall locations at the venue will be decided by a random draw. However, DFWMM committee reserves right to make changes or decide the locations for specific stalls for sake of safety and convenience for all the program attendees and stall owners.
4. Open fire / cooking stove tops are NOT permitted inside the venue.
5. Microwave ovens are permitted; please bring your own microwave oven, power strip and extension cord.
6. Each stall sponsor is responsible for providing silverware such as plates/spoons as required.
7. Food stalls may begin serving food only after the entertainment program has finished (expected time is 8 pm).
8. Non-food stalls can be open from 5 pm onwards.
9. Stalls will be closed at sharp 10:30 pm, no exceptions!
10. Stall Rates: Food (1 Item): $25, Food (2 Items): $40, Non-Food: $50. All people manning the stalls will have to pay the program fee.
11. Food pricing shall be limited to a maximum of $3 for 1 item and $5 for 2 items. Please keep the prices of food items as full dollars with no change. For e.g. $1, $2, $3. Maximum $3 and 2 items for $5
12. Only DFWMM issued coupons shall be accepted at the food stalls. Coupons will be in $1 denomination. So, please make sure that the items are priced in multiples of $1.
13. Please print /write your stall information (items, rate etc) in bold letters on a large cardsheet to be displayed at your stall.

By submitting your entry you agree to abide by all these rules listed above. DFWMM committee reserves right to make changes to these rules as needed.
