Let’s celebrate Kojagiri with food and entertainment at Lake Lewisville aboard the Star of Texas. We will have a novel program of Kavita & skit, a Stand up comedy and Bingo, along with ever popular Antakshari, and also a magician to entertain our little members. Please note boxed dinner and Masala Doodh will be served.

This event is a members only event. If you are not a member and would like to join us, please purchase membership along with your cruise tickets.  This event will be booked on first come first serve basis and due to capacity restrictions, only first 200 people will be allowed. Mandal will not responsible if the program is sold out. It’s strongly advised that everyone book their seat as early as possible to avoid any disappointments. No refund will be provided if you miss the boat due to late arrival.

Kojagiri Cruise

Minimize
Here are a few issues to address some of the concerns brought by our members:

Q1. Why do we have a limit of only 200?
Answer: There is only one boat of 200 capacity available in Dallas area lakes.

Q2. Why not rent more boats?
Answer: In addition to 200 capacity boat, 'Just for Fun' has two additional boats of 100 and 50 capacity each. Different capacity boats will present logistic issues. Everyone will want to go on the biggest boat. It's not safe to keep all children on one boat and adults on the other. It's difficult to manage and provide same programs/entertainment on three different boats.

Q3. Why did we not get an email?
Answer: Some new members complained about not getting Kojagiri email. We are looking into the matter. Meanwhile, you can go on DFWMM website and click on 'subscribe to emails' link to enable receiving emails. It is also possible that mandal emails are going to your spam folder. Please check your settings. We regret if you did not recieve program email for any of the above reason and we'll make sure the email lists are updated with all members before next program announcement.

Q4. How can all memebers attend Kojagiri program?
Answer: Even though cruise was a great idea and people loved it, we will need to rethink our Kojagiri program event next year because of our growing membership. We will arrange it at a place where there is no capacity restriction in order to accomodate all interested people. Unfortunately we will have to let go cruise option in that case.

Q5.: Is memebership worth it if I am not getting to attend 'memebers only' program?
Answer: Membership has many advantages. Please do not get upset if you did not get cruise tickets. Many people who are members for years did not get tickets as this was on first come first serve basis. There are many more exciting programs lined up and you will not regreat buying membership.
